To empower the ethnic minority youth of our community to pursue academic and personal growth by providing access to educational and leadership programming.
Develop and deliver culturally responsive educational programming for Quad City area minority and first generation students
The Leadership Conference is an annual event to inspire QC area youth to take positive and strategic action toward meeting future goals and aspirations while connecting with diverse educational and industry professionals who desire to share models of academic and career success.
Provide an opportunity for 11th grade students to discover, explore, and experience the realm of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) and prepare for their senior year.
